1. Overview
Scholarship Indonesia (BPI) Program Master and Doctorate is a scholarship program funded by the government of Indonesia through the utilization of the Development Fund of National Education (DPPN) and managed by the LPDP to finance further studies at Master degree or doctoral programs at universities at home and abroad ,
This scholarship aims to support the availability of human resources in Indonesia are educated and qualified and have a high leadership and has a vision of the future of the nation as powerful as the future leaders of Indonesia. LPDP commitment is realized through the provision of financial assistance in the form of scholarships to the community for further studies at the Master program or doctoral program at the College of featured both inside and outside the country for qualified LPDP.
Target applicants BPI Master and doctoral are Indonesian citizens (citizen) who has the ability to academic excellence and strong leadership as well as the desire to carry out further studies on the Master program or doctoral program at a college destination LPDP both in the field of science the same or different with the field of science in education before.

2. Requirements Applicants
BPI requirements for applicants to the Master program or doctoral program outlined in general terms and specific requirements below.
1. General Requirements
a. Indonesian citizen (citizen);
b. Has completed a study program of undergraduate or graduate programs:
1. Universities in the country which has been accredited by the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education (BAN-PT), or
2. Higher Education official in the country, or
3. Universities abroad who have registered with the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia.
c. Has the character of leadership, professionalism, nationalism, patriotism, integrity, have confidence, perseverance, self-reliance, maturity in managing emotions, and adaptability;
d. Participate in social activities / science / innovation / creativity / culture;
e. Willing to sign an affidavit stating that the applicant:
1. Willing returned to Indonesia after the completion of studies;
2. Not receiving / will receive scholarships from other sources;
3. Do not engage in activities / actions that violate the law, or follow the organization as opposed to the ideology of Pancasila;
4. Never / will be involved in activities / actions that violate the code of ethics Academic;
5. Always devoted to the interests of the Indonesian people;
6. Always be faithful to the Republic of Indonesia;
7. Able to meet the requirements stipulated scholarship LPDP;
8. Deliver the right data and documents, according the original documents and willing to accept the legal sanctions that apply if the document is invalid.
f. Has received permission from the boss at work;
g. The certificate of able-bodied and drug free (for all applicants in domestic and foreign) and for the purpose of overseas coupled with free tuberculosis expressed by doctors of the government hospital;
h. Has been getting a recommendation from community leaders to those who have / not working, or a recommendation from the boss at work;
i. Have and choose the appropriate scientific fields with scientific fields targeted LPDP;
j. Choose courses and universities in accordance with the provisions of LPDP;
k. Write an essay (500 to 700 words) with the theme: “Kontribusiku For Indonesia: contribution has been, is and will I do to people / institutions / agencies / profession my community” and “Greatest Success in My Life”;
l. If there is a falsification of data or documents the registrant disqualified and are not eligible to register again in LPDP;
m. Submit Letter of Good Behavior / Suat Police Notes (SKCK) were taken at the time of selection interviews;

2. Special Requirements
Applicants scholarships for further studies Master and Doctoral programs are those that meet the following conditions.
a. Masters program for scholarship applicants:
1. Maximum age of applicants on 31 December in the year of registration is 35 (thirty five) years,
2. Has completed studies in a degree program / bachelor of applied and does not apply to those who have completed the master program both within and outside the country.
3. Have a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Universities Unconditional destination on the list LPDP.
4. If you do not have the law of attraction Unconditional (a.3), the registrant shall coined the grade point average (GPA) of a minimum of 3.00 on a scale of 4 and have an official document evidence of mastery of the English language published by ETS (www.ets.org) or IELTS (www.ielts.org) is still valid or other foreign languages specified LPDP:
a. To study the Master program in the country, minimum scores: TOEFL ITP® 500 / iBT® 61 / IELTS ™ 6.0 / TOEIC® 600.
b. For the Masters program of study abroad, minimum scores: TOEFL ITP® 550/79 iBT® TOEFL / IELTS ™ 6.5 / TOEIC® 750.
c. Items a) and b) shall not apply to those who complete higher education that uses the language of instruction of academic English or internationally recognized by the United Nations (UN). Duplicate certificate used as a substitute for TOEFL requirement, with a validity period of 2 (two) years since the diploma was issued.
d. For the Masters program of study abroad at universities that non-academic language of English or internationally recognized by the United Nations (UN), can adjust to the requirements of the applicable language skills.
5. Schedule tuition plan begins a minimum of 6 (six) months after the closure of the registration in each period selection.
6. Able to complete the master’s study program in accordance the applicable study period, a maximum of two (2) years,
7. Having an official document TPA / GRE / GMAT / LSAT (if any),
8. Write a study plan in accordance master study program at the college destination.
b. Doctoral program for scholarship applicants
1. Maximum age of applicants on 31 December in the year of registration is 40 (forty) years;
2. Has completed the study in the master program / master applied;
3. Have a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) Unconditional of universities that exist in the list LPDP.
4. Especially for grain (b.3) if it does not have a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) Unconditional, the registrant shall coined the grade point average (GPA) of a minimum of 3.25 on a scale of 4, or GPA scale equivalent to the other and having official documents evidence of mastery English diterbikan by ETS (www.ets.org) or IELTS (www.ielts.org) is still valid or other foreign languages specified LPDP:
a. To study the doctoral program in the country, minimum scores: TOEFL ITP® 500 / iBT® 61 / IELTS ™ 6.0 / TOEIC® 600.

d. For the doctoral program of study abroad at the college academic language of non-English or internationally recognized by the United Nations (UN), can adjust to the requirements of the applicable language skills.
5. Schedule tuition plan begins a minimum of 6 (six) months after the closure of the registration in each period selection.
6. Able to complete the doctoral studies in accordance the applicable study period, a maximum of 4 (four) years;
7. Having an official document TPA / GRE / GMAT / LSAT (if any);
8. Write a summary of the research proposal in accordance doctoral studies program at the college destination;

3. Component Financing
To support the smooth and successful program of further studies on the Master or Doctoral program at the College of destination, to the recipient of the Scholarship Indonesia awarded education grants that include the following components:
1. Cost of Education:
a. Registration (at cost);
b. SPP, including non-language matriculation (at cost);
C. Non-SPP, which can be used to support books, theses / dissertations, seminars, publications, graduation (package, per year, accumulative).
2. Cost of Supporting:
a. Departure and return transportation study of the origin of domicile to college destination (one time, at cost)
b. Health insurance (package),
c. Visa (at cost),
d. Monthly living / living allowance (package),
e. Family allowance (package),
f. Arrival / settlement allowance (package),
g. Incentives college rankings seeded comply LPDP,
h. Emergencies / force majeure approved by the LPDP.

4. Time Registration and Selection Process
BPI registration for Master and Doctoral Program open throughout the year, with the selection process conducted 4 (four) times.
Registration BPI conducted online by filling out the registration form and upload all documents completeness official website LPDP in www.beasiswa.lpdp.kemenkeu.go.id.
Selection BPI stages are as follows:
1. Registration
a. Applicants fill out an online registration form on the official website LPDP;
b. Applicants complete all required documents and the relevant supporting documents, and upload all such documents on the official website LPDP;
c. All documents in points 1.b above must be taken at the selection stage interview if passed the administrative selection.
2. Selection Administration
Registrants are processed in this phase is already complete and submit the registration data in the online registration in each period selection. This selection is the process of checking the completeness of the data and documents of applicants in accordance with the applicable requirements in the LPDP.
3. Selection Interview, Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD) and On the Spot Essay Writing
a. Participants who pass the administration on the online registration eligible for selection interviews, Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD), and On the Spot Essay Writing.
b. In this stage of the selection process, participants are required to bring all the data and original documents that have been used for scholarship registration BPI. Determination Scholarship Recipients
a. Results of the determination of passing the selection interview, Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD) and On the Spot Essay Writing Scholarship Indonesia communicated to the applicants who passed through online registration applicants account, email or other electronic media according to the time specified by the LPDP.
b. Participants who passed into awardees will follow courses Departures (PK) before starting studies at the University Purpose respectively. The program is a specialized form of planting quarantine values of nationalism, leadership, basic life training, financial literacy, and so on.
c. College admission letter unconditionally (LoA Unconditional) obtained no later than one (1) year after issued Decree Director of LPDP About Education Scholarship Indonesia. If the time period is not met grantee that has been set then disqualified.
5. Form of Abuse
a. Grantee later proved not qualify for Scholarship Indonesia,
b. Grantee later convicted of falsification of documents,
c. Scholarship recipients did not report the development of their studies or do not get reasonable results within the stipulated time;
d. Grantee resigned in the span of the study;
e. Grantee sentenced to either civil or criminal for violating the laws of the destination country to learn;
f. Grantee proved get scholarship funding from other funding at the same time;
g. Grantee is found plagiarism;
h. Scholarship recipients proved to follow the activities / organizations that are contrary to Pancasila and endanger the Homeland;
i. Scholarship recipients have completed the study and refused to return and serve to Indonesia due to get a job abroad without permission LPDP.

Beasiswa Magister dan Doktor

1. Overview
Beasiswa Pendidikan Indonesia (BPI) Program Magister dan Doktoral adalah program beasiswa yang dibiayai oleh pemerintah Indonesia melalui pemanfaatan Dana Pengembangan Pendidikan Nasional (DPPN) dan dikelola oleh LPDP untuk pembiayaan studi lanjut pada program Magister atau program Doktoral di Perguruan Tinggi di dalam dan di luar negeri.
Beasiswa ini bertujuan untuk mendukung ketersediaan sumber daya manusia Indonesia yang berpendidikan dan berkualitas serta memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang tinggi dan mempunyai visi masa depan bangsa yang kuat sebagai pemimpin Indonesia masa depan. Komitmen LPDP tersebut diwujudkan melalui pemberian bantuan pendanaan dalam bentuk beasiswa kepada masyarakat untuk studi lanjut pada program Magister atau program Doktoral di Perguruan Tinggi unggulan baik di dalam maupun di luar negeri bagi yang memenuhi kualifikasi LPDP.
Sasaran pelamar BPI Program Magister dan Doktoral adalah Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI) yang mempunyai kemampuan akademik yang unggul dan jiwa kepemimpinan yang kuat serta berkeinginan untuk melaksanakan studi lanjut pada program Magister atau program Doktoral pada perguruan tinggi tujuan LPDP baik pada bidang ilmu yang sama maupun berbeda dengan bidang ilmu pada jenjang pendidikan sebelumnya.
Sasaran Bidang Ilmu BPI Program Magister dan Doktoral, sesuai prioritasnya, adalah sebagai berikut:

2. Persyaratan Pendaftar
Persyaratan bagi pelamar BPI untuk program Magister atau program Doktoral dijabarkan dalam persyaratan umum dan persyaratan khusus berikut.
1. Persyaratan Umum
a. Warga Negara Indonesia (WNI);
b. Telah menyelesaikan studi program sarjana atau program magister dari:
1. Perguruan Tinggi di dalam negeri yang telah terakreditasi oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi (BAN-PT), atau
2. Perguruan Tinggi kedinasan dalam negeri, atau
3. Perguruan Tinggi di luar negeri yang telah terdaftar pada Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi, Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Republik Indonesia.
c. Memiliki karakter kepemimpinan, profesionalisme, nasionalisme, patriotisme, integritas, memiliki kepercayaan diri, kegigihan, kemandirian, kematangan dalam mengelola emosi, dan kemampuan beradaptasi;
d. Berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan sosial kemasyarakatan / keilmuan / inovasi / kreasi / budaya;
e. Bersedia menandatangani surat pernyataan yang menyatakan bahwa pelamar:
1. Bersedia kembali ke Indonesia setelah selesai studi;
2. Tidak sedang menerima/akan menerima beasiswa dari sumber lain;
3. Tidak terlibat dalam aktivitas/tindakan yang melanggar hukum, atau mengikuti organisasi yang bertentangan dengan ideologi Pancasila;
4. Tidak pernah/akan terlibat dalam aktivitas/tindakan yang melanggar kode etik Akademik;
5. Selalu mengabdi untuk kepentingan bangsa Indonesia;
6. Selalu setia kepada Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia;
7. Sanggup memenuhi ketentuan beasiswa yang ditetapkan LPDP;
8. Menyampaikan data dan dokumen yang benar, sesuai dokumen asli serta bersedia menerima sanksi hukum yang berlaku apabila dokumen tersebut tidak sah.
f. Telah mendapatkan izin dari atasan bagi yang sedang bekerja;
g. Surat keterangan berbadan sehat dan bebas narkoba (untuk semua pelamar tujuan dalam negeri serta luar negeri) dan untuk tujuan ke luar negeri ditambah dengan bebas TBC yang dinyatakan oleh dokter dari Rumah Sakit Pemerintah;
h. Telah mendapatkan rekomendasi dari tokoh masyarakat bagi yang belum/tidak sedang bekerja, atau rekomendasi dari atasan bagi yang sedang bekerja;
i. Memiliki dan memilih bidang keilmuan yang sesuai dengan bidang keilmuan yang menjadi sasaran LPDP;
j. Memilih program studi dan Perguruan Tinggi yang sesuai dengan ketentuan LPDP;
k. Menulis essay (500 sampai 700 kata) dengan tema: “Kontribusiku Bagi Indonesia: kontribusi yang telah, sedang dan akan saya lakukan untuk masyarakat / lembaga / instansi / profesi komunitas saya” dan “Sukses Terbesar dalam Hidupku”;
l. Apabila terdapat pemalsuan data atau dokumen maka pendaftar dinyatakan gugur dan tidak berhak mendaftar lagi di LPDP;
m. Menyerahkan Surat Kelakuan Baik/ Suat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) yang dibawa pada waktu seleksi wawancara;
2. Persyaratan Khusus
Pelamar beasiswa untuk studi lanjut program Magister dan program Doktoral adalah mereka yang memenuhi ketentuan berikut ini.
a. Untuk pelamar beasiswa program Magister:
1. Usia maksimum pelamar pada 31 Desember di tahun pendaftaran adalah 35 (tiga puluh lima) tahun,
2. Telah menyelesaikan studi pada program sarjana/sarjana terapan dan tidak berlaku bagi mereka yang telah menyelesaikan program magister baik dalam maupun luar negeri.
3. Mempunyai Letter of Acceptance (LoA) Unconditional dari Perguruan Tinggi tujuan yang ada dalam daftar LPDP.
4. Jika tidak memiliki LoA Unconditional (a.3), pendaftar wajib memiiki Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) minimum 3,00 pada skala 4 dan memiliki dokumen resmi bukti penguasaan bahasa Inggris yang diterbitkan oleh ETS (www.ets.org) atau IELTS (www.ielts.org) yang masih berlaku atau bahasa asing lainnya yang ditentukan LPDP:
a. Untuk studi program Magister di dalam negeri, skor minimal: TOEFL ITP® 500/iBT® 61/IELTS™ 6,0/TOEIC® 600.
b. Untuk studi program Magister di luar negeri, skor minimal: TOEFL ITP® 550/TOEFL iBT® 79/ IELTS™ 6,5/TOEIC® 750.
c. Butir a) dan b) dikecualikan bagi mereka yang menyelesaikan pendidikan tinggi yang menggunakan bahasa pengantar akademik bahasa Inggris atau bahasa internasional yang diakui oleh Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB). Duplikat ijasah digunakan sebagai pengganti persyaratan TOEFL, dengan masa berlaku 2 (dua) tahun sejak ijasah diterbitkan.
d. Untuk studi program Magister di luar negeri pada Perguruan Tinggi yang bahasa pengantar akademiknya non-bahasa Inggris atau bahasa internasional yang diakui oleh Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB), dapat menyesuaikan dengan persyaratan kemampuan bahasa yang berlaku.
5. Jadwal rencana perkuliahan dimulai paling cepat 6 (enam) bulan setelah penutupan pendaftaran di setiap periode seleksi.
6. Sanggup menyelesaikan studi program magister sesuai masa studi yang berlaku, paling lama 2 (dua) tahun,
7. Memiliki dokumen resmi TPA/GRE/GMAT/LSAT (jika ada),
8. Menulis rencana studi sesuai program studi magister pada perguruan tinggi tujuan.
b. Untuk pelamar beasiswa program Doktoral
1. Usia maksimum pelamar pada 31 Desember di tahun pendaftaran adalah 40 (empat puluh) tahun;
2. Telah menyelesaikan studi pada program magister/magister terapan;
3. Mempunyai Letter of Acceptance (LoA) Unconditional dari Perguruan Tinggi yang ada dalam list LPDP.
4. Khusus untuk butir (b.3) jika tidak memiliki Letter of Acceptance (LoA) Unconditional, pendaftar wajib memiiki Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) minimum 3,25 pada skala 4, atau IPK ekuivalen untuk skala lainnya dan memiliki dokumen resmi bukti penguasaan bahasa Inggris yang diterbikan oleh ETS (www.ets.org) atau IELTS (www.ielts.org) yang masih berlaku atau bahasa asing lainnya yang ditentukan LPDP:
a. Untuk studi program Doktoral di dalam negeri, skor minimal: TOEFL ITP® 500/iBT® 61/IELTS™ 6,0/TOEIC® 600.
b. Untuk studi program Doktoral di luar negeri, skor minimal: TOEFL ITP® 550/TOEFL iBT® 79/ IELTS™ 6,5/TOEIC® 750.
c. Butir a) dan b) dikecualikan bagi mereka yang menyelesaikan pendidikan tinggi yang menggunakan bahasa pengantar akademik bahasa Inggris atau bahasa internasional yang diakui oleh Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB). Duplikat ijasah digunakan sebagai pengganti persyaratan TOEFL, dengan masa berlaku 2 (dua) tahun sejak ijasah diterbitkan.
d. Untuk studi program Doktoral di luar negeri pada perguruan tinggi yang bahasa pengantar akademiknya non-bahasa Inggris atau bahasa internasional yang diakui oleh Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB), dapat menyesuaikan dengan persyaratan kemampuan bahasa yang berlaku.
5. Jadwal rencana perkuliahan dimulai paling cepat 6 (enam) bulan setelah penutupan pendaftaran di setiap periode seleksi.
6. Sanggup menyelesaikan studi doktoral sesuai masa studi yang berlaku, paling lama 4 (empat) tahun;
7. Memiliki dokumen resmi TPA/GRE/GMAT/LSAT (jika ada);
8. Menulis ringkasan proposal penelitian sesuai program studi doktoral pada perguruan tinggi tujuan;
3. Komponen Pembiayaan
Untuk mendukung kelancaran dan keberhasilan studi lanjut pada program Magister atau program Doktoral di Perguruan Tinggi tujuan, kepada penerima Beasiswa Pendidikan Indonesia tersebut diberikan bantuan dana pendidikan yang meliputi beberapa komponen berikut:
1. Biaya Pendidikan:
a. Pendaftaran (at cost);
b. SPP, termasuk matrikulasi non-bahasa (at cost);
C. Non-SPP, yang dapat digunakan untuk tunjangan buku, tesis/disertasi, seminar, publikasi, wisuda (paket, per tahun, akumulatif).
2. Biaya Pendukung:
a. Transportasi keberangkatan dan kepulangan studi dari asal domisili ke perguruan tinggi tujuan (satu kali, at cost),
b. Asuransi kesehatan (paket),
c. Visa (at cost),
d. Hidup bulanan/living allowance (paket),
e. Tunjangan keluarga (paket),
f. Kedatangan/settlement allowance (paket),
g. Insentif peringkat perguruan tinggi unggulan yang memenuhi ketentuan LPDP,
h. Keadaan darurat/force majeure yang disetujui oleh LPDP.
4. Waktu Pendaftaran dan Proses Seleksi
Pendaftaran BPI untuk Program Magister dan Doktoral dibuka sepanjang tahun, dengan proses seleksi yang dilakukan sebanyak 4 (empat) kali.
Pendaftaran BPI dilaksanakan secara online dengan cara mengisi formulir pendaftaran, dan mengunggah semua dokumen kelengkapannya pada laman resmi LPDP di www.beasiswa.lpdp.kemenkeu.go.id.
Tahapan Seleksi BPI adalah sebagai berikut:
1. Pendaftaran
a. Pelamar mengisi formulir pendaftaran secara online pada laman resmi LPDP;
b. Pelamar melengkapi semua dokumen persyaratan serta dokumen pendukung yang relevan, dan mengunggah semua dokumen tersebut pada laman resmi LPDP;
c. Semua dokumen pada poin 1.b diatas wajib dibawa pada tahap seleksi wawancara bila dinyatakan lulus seleksi administrasi.
2. Seleksi Administrasi
Pendaftar yang diproses dalam tahapan ini adalah yang telah melengkapi data pendaftaran dan submit di pendaftaran online di setiap periode seleksinya. Seleksi ini merupakan proses pemeriksaan kelengkapan data dan dokumen pendaftar sesuai persyaratan yang berlaku di LPDP.
3. Seleksi Wawancara, Leaderless Grup Discussion (LGD) dan On the Spot Essay Writing
a. Peserta yang lulus seleksi administrasi pada pendaftaran online berhak mengikuti seleksi wawancara, Leaderless Grup Discussion (LGD), dan On the Spot Essay Writing.
b. Dalam tahapan proses seleksi ini, peserta diwajibkan membawa seluruh data dan dokumen asli yang telah digunakan untuk pendaftaran beasiswa BPI. Apabila tidak menyerahkan data dan dokumen tersebut serta dokumen dan data tersebut tidak sesuai persyaratan yang berlaku di LPDP maka tidak diperkenankan mengikuti Seleksi Wawancara, Leaderless Grup Discussion (LGD) dan On the Spot Essay Writing.
c. Bagi peserta yang tidak lulus Seleksi Wawancara memiliki 1 (satu) kali kesempatan kembali untuk melakukan pendaftaran Beasiswa Pendidikan Indonesia.

 Penetapan Penerima Beasiswa
a. Hasil penetapan kelulusan seleksi Wawancara, Leaderless Grup Discussion (LGD) dan On the Spot Essay Writing Beasiswa Pendidikan Indonesia disampaikan kepada pelamar yang lulus melalui akun pendaftaran online pelamar, email atau media elektronik lainnya sesuai waktu telah ditentukan oleh LPDP.
b. Peserta yang dinyatakan lulus menjadi penerima beasiswa akan mengikuti program Persiapan Keberangkatan (PK) sebelum memulai studi di Perguruan Tinggi Tujuan masing-masing. Adapun program ini merupakan karantina khusus berupa penanaman nilai-nilai nasionalisme, kepemimpinan, basic life training, financial literacy, dan sebagainya.
c. Surat penerimaan masuk perguruan tinggi tanpa syarat (LoA Unconditional) didapatkan selambat-lambatnya 1 (satu) tahun setelah dikeluarkan Surat Keputusan Direktur Utama LPDP Tentang Penerima Beasiswa Pendidikan Indonesia. Jika dalam jangka waktu tersebut tidak terpenuhi penerima beasiswa yang telah ditetapkan maka dinyatakan gugur.
5. Bentuk Pelanggaran
a. Penerima beasiswa di kemudian hari terbukti tidak memenuhi syarat mendapatkan Beasiswa Pendidikan Indonesia,
b. Penerima beasiswa di kemudian hari terbukti melakukan pemalsuan dokumen,
c. Penerima beasiswa tidak melaporkan perkembangan studinya atau tidak mendapatkan hasil sewajarnya dalam waktu yang ditetapkan;
d. Penerima beasiswa mengundurkan diri di rentang waktu studi;
e. Penerima beasiswa dijatuhi hukuman baik perdata ataupun pidana karena melanggar hukum di negara tujuan belajar;
f. Penerima beasiswa terbukti mendapatkan dana Beasiswa dari funding lain dalam waktu bersamaan;
g. Penerima beasiswa ditemukan melakukan plagiat;
h. Penerima beasiswa terbukti mengikuti kegiatan/organisasi yang bertentangan dengan Pancasila dan membahayakan NKRI;
i. Penerima beasiswa telah menyelesaikan studi dan menolak untuk kembali dan mengabdi untuk Indonesia karena mendapatkan pekerjaan di luar negeri tanpa seizin LPDP.
